Kitchen and nutrition equipment (measuring cups, cooking pots, stoves, weighing scales).
Learning aids: charts, diagrams, models, ICT resources (videos, presentations).
Access to a school farm/garden or demonstration plot for practical activities.
A safe and hygienic food preparation area for nutrition lessons.
This course integrates Agricultural Science and Nutrition to develop learners’ knowledge, skills, and attitudes in:
Agriculture: crop production, animal husbandry, soil management, sustainable farming, environmental conservation.
Nutrition: food nutrients, balanced diet, meal planning, food preservation, and safe food handling.
